We are seeking an experienced Infor LN Finance Manager with strong expertise in finance modules, ERP transformation, implementation, and support projects. The ideal candidate will lead finance process optimization, manage ERP finance operations, and collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure efficient financial management through Infor LN.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead implementation and support activities for Infor LN Finance modules
- Manage financial process configurations including:
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Cash Management
- Fixed Assets
- Cost Accounting
- Taxation
- Gather and analyze business requirements from finance stakeholders
- Drive finance process improvements and ERP optimization initiatives
- Coordinate with technical teams for customization and integrations
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
- Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities
- Manage system upgrades, testing, and deployment activities
- Provide user training and post-implementation support
- Prepare functional specifications and process documentation
- Lead project teams and mentor junior consultants
Required SkillsFunctional Skills
- Strong expertise in Infor LN Finance modules
- Deep understanding of finance and accounting processes
- Experience in ERP implementation, rollout, or support projects
- Knowledge of budgeting, taxation, costing, and financial reporting
- Strong stakeholder management abilities
- Min 10 years of experience into Infor LN
Technical & ERP Skills
- Experience with:
- Finance integrations
- SQL queries
- Reporting tools
- Workflow configurations
- Understanding of Infor ION and integrations preferred
- Exposure to Infor OS is an advantage
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, MBA, CA, CMA, or related field
- Infor LN Finance certification preferred
- Robust communication and leadership skills
