- Conduct periodic branch audits for gold loan operations.
- Verify gold packets, valuation records, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, RBI guidelines, and operational procedures.
- Identify irregularities, risks, or deviations in gold loan processing.
- Prepare audit reports and highlight discrepancies to management.
- Monitor security and storage procedures for pledged gold.
- Follow up on audit observations and corrective actions.
- Conduct regular audits to assess financial compliance and identify any discrepancies or issues.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data for auditing purposes.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and changes in financial regulations to ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with external auditors and regulatory authorities during compliance audits.
- Provide guidance and support to junior audit team members, as needed.
- Conduct training sessions for branch staff on gold loan procedures, compliance requirements, and risk management practices.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
