Location – Delhi, Patparganj Industrial Area
Preferred Qualifications (Full time):

- Any Graduate

Experience Range and Knowledge:

- 1 to 2 Year

Responsibilities:

- Order & Payment follow-up from existing customer.
- Have skills in customers data management & Customer relationship management.
- Presentation making, Support to BD.
- Customer relationship management skills.
- Coordination between clients and BD team.
- Coordinate with clients and maintain existing business
- Create and maintain customer masters, ledgers, and records in Tally/ERP.
- Manage the complete Order-to-Delivery process and ensure timely execution of orders.
- Coordinate with Sales, Production, Logistics, and Accounts teams for smooth order processing and dispatch.
- Maintain accurate customer data, order details, and sales documentation.
- Prepare quotations, sales orders, MIS reports, and order status reports.
- Track pending orders, deliveries, and payment follow-ups, and update management regularly

Preferred Skills/Experience:





- Must have good computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office
- Should have valuable verbal and written communication skills and be presentable.
- Should have proper knowledge of Excel , Tally 7 ERP
