Minimum Qualification

- Bachelor of Technology (BTech)

1. Understanding the basic design concept of the Electrical, ELV, FTTH, Solar, DG, sub-station, Low & Medium voltage distribution for residential & commercial buildings. Understanding the concept of design built drawing & critical study in terms of value engineering, techno commercial aspect, maintenance, Electricity act & NBC.

2. Study the BOQ, Tender & able to provide comments on the same for Vendor finalisation.

3. Vendor management from kick off meeting till Handover of the project with day to day management, resource management, schedule management as per MSP & senior management requirement.

4. Amicable resolution of all site issues by involving & coordinating all stakeholders at site like Civil, Finishing, Structural, Architect, Consultant, BMC,



Electrical Inspector, Customer, Sales team, Contract team, design, safety, quality team etc.

5. Ability to suitably communicate with the Power Supply Agency, BMC, MERC & MPCB as and when required.

6. Concentration on cost effective & cutting-edge thinking, digital acumen are necessary.

7. Motivation to grow in the organisation & sharing knowledge with colleagues and having a dedicated intention to bring the subordinate at a higher level is a prerequisite.

8. Ability to do independent billing, audit.
