Position: HR Executive

Location: Daman
Experience: 2 - 3 Years
Industries: Plastic

Responsibilities:

- Manage and support female workers/labourers on the factory floor - attendance, grievances, welfare
- Handle recruitment, onboarding, and induction for factory-level staff
- Ensure compliance with labour laws related to women workers (safety, working hours, POSH committee involvement)
- Maintain worker records, leave, and attendance systems
- Coordinate with production/floor supervisors on manpower planning and shift management
- Address disciplinary issues and conflict resolution among workers




- Facilitate welfare measures - restrooms, safety gear, breaks, medical needs specific to women workers
- Support payroll inputs (attendance, overtime, deductions) for factory staff
- Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, minimum wages) for the workforce
- Act as point of contact for worker concerns and escalate to HR Head when needed

Required Qualification:

- BBA/MBA-HR

Salary: Upto 3.60 LPA
