Key Responsibilities
- Support and maintain FAM Loftware and SAP EHS GLM solutions used across global manufacturing operations.
- Analyze and resolve application defects, incidents, and user-reported issues.
- Support configuration, testing, and deployment activities.
- Work with business stakeholders to understand requirements and recommend solutions.
- Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and process improvement initiatives.
