? Job Role

Agency Manager is responsible for recruiting, developing and managing insurance advisors to generate life insurance business and achieve sales targets.

? Key Responsibilities

1. Recruit and onboard financial advisors / insurance agents.
2. Train and motivate advisors to sell life insurance products.
3. Drive sales through the agency channel and achieve monthly targets.
4. Support advisors in field calls and customer meetings.
5. Monitor advisor performance and ensure activation every month.
6. Maintain persistency and quality of business.
7. Build strong customer relationships and provide service support.
8. Conduct sales campaigns, lead generation and local marketing activities.
9. Provide coaching, mentoring and performance feedback to advisors.

?‍? Eligibility Criteria

1. Graduate (sometimes minimum 12th pass accepted depending on location)
2. Experience in insurance / banking / financial sales preferred
3. Good communication & interpersonal skills
4.



Leadership and team-handling ability
5. Willingness to travel for sales meetings
6. Self-driven and target oriented personality
