We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Chief Sales Manager to lead our sales function and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Lead client acquisition efforts and build a strong pipeline of new business opportunities.
- Build, train, and manage a high-performing sales team.
- Identify new market opportunities and expand the company's client base.
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients and ensure long-term business partnerships.

Requirements

- Minimum 8+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a leadership role.
- Proven track record in client acquisition and revenue growth.
- Robust strategic thinking, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.
- Experience in the advertising, branding, digital marketing, or media industry is preferred.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
