Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and social media.
- Screen resumes and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Coordinate candidate communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Support onboarding and documentation for new hires.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Assist in preparing offer letters, internship letters, and other HR documents.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and team events.
- Help maintain attendance and leave records.
- Conduct market research on HR best practices and talent acquisition strategies.
- Support HR policies, compliance, and administrative tasks.
- Perform other HR-related assignments as required.
