We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused Guest Relation Manager (GRM) to ensure every guest enjoys a memorable stay by delivering exceptional hospitality and personalized service.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests throughout their stay.
- Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and special requests.
- Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction and resolve complaints promptly.
- Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, and F&B; departments.
- Maintain positive guest relationships and collect feedback.
- Ensure service standards are followed at all times.
- Support VIP guest arrangements and special occasions.
- Prepare guest reports and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Guest Relations / Guest Experience / Front Office.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and customer service abilities.
- Ability to work in shifts and in a team environment.
