Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials.
- Maintain accurate stock records and inventory levels.
- Issue materials to production as per requisitions.
- Conduct periodic stock verification and inventory audits.
- Ensure proper storage, identification, and handling of materials.
- Coordinate with the Purchase and Production departments for material availability.
- Maintain inward, outward, and stock registers in ERP/software.
- Monitor minimum stock levels and report shortages.
- Ensure housekeeping and safety standards are maintained in the store.
- Prepare inventory and stock reports as required.
