Job Description

Designation: Talent Acquisition Trainee
Location: Ahmedabad | On-site
Duration: 6 Months Internship [followed by full-time opportunity]

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Trainee to gain hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment processes. This role is ideal for freshers or MBA (HR) students eager to build a career in talent acquisition within a fast-paced IT environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source candidates via LinkedIn, Naukri, and other channels
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate evaluations
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring teams
- Maintain effective candidate communication and experience
- Support campus hiring and recruitment drives
- Update ATS, databases, and recruitment trackers
- Learn ATS functions (resume parsing, pipeline management, etc.)

Requirements:

- MBA (HR) or any graduate with interest in recruitment
- Strong interest in talent acquisition
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with job portals (LinkedIn, Naukri)
- Basic knowledge of ATS is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
