Job Profile:

We are looking for an innovative and detail-oriented R&D; Executive with experience in HVAC and air conditioning systems, preferably Daikin products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for product development, design improvements, testing, and technical support while ensuring compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and improve HVAC and air conditioning products, with a focus on Daikin systems.
- Conduct product research, design validation, and performance testing.
- Analyze product performance and recommend design enhancements.
- Prepare technical specifications, drawings, BOMs, and engineering documentation.
- Coordinate with production, quality, procurement, and service teams during product development.
- Troubleshoot product issues and provide technical solutions.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements.
- Support new product development (NPD) and prototype evaluation.
- Conduct competitor analysis and research emerging HVAC technologies.




- Prepare technical reports and present development updates to management.

Requirements:

- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- 4–7 years of experience in R&D;, product development, or design of HVAC/Air Conditioning systems.
- Experience working with Daikin or similar HVAC brands is preferred.
- Solid knowledge of refrigeration cycles, HVAC components, and product testing.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks/Creo, or other CAD software.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical documentation skills.
