Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled CNC Machine Setter & Operator with experience in Horizontal Machining Centers (HMC). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in machine setup, tool selection, and precision machining to ensure high-quality production.

Key Responsibilities:

- Set up and operate HMC, VMC according to job specifications.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and CAD models.
- Select and install appropriate cutting tools, fixtures, and machine offsets.
- Perform quality checks using micrometers, calipers, and gauges to maintain dimensional accuracy.
- Optimize machining processes for efficiency and tool life.
- Troubleshoot machine issues and make necessary adjustments.
- Maintain equipment and ensure adherence to safety standards.

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of experience as a CNC Machine Setter & Operator.
- Fresher are also welcomee
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and use precision measuring tools.




- Understanding of G-code programming (basic modifications).
- Knowledge of cutting parameters for different materials.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with Fanuc, Siemens, or Mitsubishi controllers.
- Exposure to 5-axis machining is a plus.
- Basic CNC programming skills.
