Technical Sales Manager – Job Responsibilities
Industry: Industrial Lubricants, Greases, Specialty Oils, Fuel & Petroleum Products

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Identify and acquire new B2B customers across manufacturing, engineering, steel, cement, power, automotive, mining, textile, chemical, and infrastructure industries.
- Conduct plant visits, technical product presentations, product demonstrations, and lubrication audits to recommend suitable products and solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, industrial customers, distributors, dealers, and channel partners.
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals, negotiate contracts, and successfully close business deals.
- Provide technical support and application guidance on industrial lubricants, greases, specialty oils, solvents, and fuel products.
- Develop recent business opportunities through cold calling, customer meetings, industrial networking, and market research.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, laboratory,



and accounts teams to ensure timely order execution and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, pricing, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
- Achieve sales targets while ensuring timely payment collection and maintaining healthy customer accounts.
- Maintain accurate customer records, sales pipeline, visit reports, and forecasts using CRM and MS Office.
- Conduct product trials, resolve technical issues, and ensure successful product implementation at customer sites.
- Participate in industrial exhibitions, technical seminars, trade fairs, and customer awareness programs to promote the VZEN brand.
- Work closely with the management team to develop new products based on customer and market requirements.
- Travel extensively within the assigned territory for customer visits, business development, and technical support.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
