If you love talking to people, solving problems, and closing deals – this is your opportunity to grow with a dynamic logistics brand! **Key Responsibilities:** - Handle inbound & outbound calls with customers and truck vendors - Assist clients in booking trucks for house shifting and commercial transportation - Actively generate and follow up on sales leads via telecalling - Prepare and send accurate quotations promptly - Build solid client relationships and ensure repeat business - Maintain updated customer records and follow-up trackers - Earn attractive incentives on every successful booking **Who We’re Looking For:** - Bachelor’s degree (any stream) – *Engineering/Diploma holders kindly excuse*

- Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales OR Customer Support (mandatory)

- Excellent communication skills in English; Hindi & Gujarati will be a big plus - Strong convincing and negotiation abilities

- Age: Maximum 38 years - Must currently reside in Vadodara (No remote work option)
