Job Description: QC Executive (Pharmaceutical Formulation plant)

Education: B.Sc / M.Sc / B.Pharm / M.Pharm

Location: Jarod (In-person)

Role Objective

To ensure the quality and safety of pharmaceutical formulations through precise analytical testing and compliance with cGMP standards.

Key Responsibilities

Analysis: Perform testing of Raw Materials (RM), In-process, and Finished Products (FP), specifically focusing on Softgel dosage forms.

Instrumentation: Expertly handle and troubleshoot HPLC, GC, Dissolution, and FTIR.

Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to cGMP, GLP, and Data Integrity as per IP/BP/USP guidelines.

Documentation: Review raw data, prepare COAs, and maintain accurate lab records.

Investigations: Handle OOS, OOT, and Lab Deviations, including root cause analysis and CAPA implementation.

Validation: Assist in Analytical Method Validation (AMV) and instrument calibration.

Technical Skills

Software: Proficiency in Empower 3 or LabSolutions.

Guidelines: Solid knowledge of ICH guidelines and Stability protocols

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
