Job Description

- Develop and implement business development strategies to increase park revenue and visitor footfall.
- Generate corporate bookings, school and college group bookings, tour operator partnerships, and event business.
- Identify new business opportunities and establish partnerships with organizations and institutions.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns and marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Operations, and Marketing teams for successful execution of business activities.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare business development reports, sales forecasts, and performance updates for management.
- Achieve monthly and annual business development and revenue targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with corporate organizations, educational institutions,



and travel partners.

Key Skills

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Robust marketing and business development knowledge.
- Good analytical and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Target-oriented with strong planning and organizational skills.

Preferred Candidate

- MBA in Marketing.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development or Marketing
- Experience in the amusement park, hospitality, tourism, or entertainment industry will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
