We are looking for a confident and motivated Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making doctor calls, handling customer inquiries, sharing product/service information, and maintaining proper call records.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Make doctor calls to potential customers as per the provided data.
- Explain company products/services clearly and professionally.
- Answer customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Maintain daily calling reports and update data in Excel/CRM.
- Maintain polite, professional, and positive communication.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Good communication skills in Hindi .
- Ability to talk confidently and politely on calls.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / computer usage.
- Good listening and convincing skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
PREFERRED CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Candidates with prior telecalling experience will be preferred.
Job Types: Full time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
