Job Purpose

The Senior Manager leads the core operations team responsible for the end-to-end processing of daily Mutual Fund NAVs and the delivery of critical regulatory reporting packs. This role ensures that all fund valuation, ledger accounting, and periodic statutory filings executed via Multifonds strictly comply with market regulations.

Key Responsibilities

· Daily MF NAV Delivery: Direct the daily calculation, validation, and timely publication of Mutual Fund Net Asset Values (NAV) across diverse schemes (Equity, Debt, Hybrid, and Liquid funds).

· Regulatory Compliance Disclosures: Oversee the preparation and timely submission of mandatory regulatory reports (such as SEBI periodic returns, AMFI disclosures, and statutory compliance packs).

· Multifonds Rule Configuration: Monitor and update regulatory guidelines, Total Expense Ratio (TER) limits, investment restrictions, and valuation policies directly within Multifonds.

· Ledger & Valuation Control: Review daily trial balances, corporate action impacts, asset pricing feeds, and income accruals to guarantee complete accuracy before regulatory lock-ins.

· Audit & Board Reporting: Lead the compilation of financial data packs for Trustee reviews, Board meetings, SEBI inspections,



and statutory audits.

· Exception Investigation: Manage immediate resolution paths for regulatory breach alerts, passive investment limit breaches, or material NAV variances.

· Team & Stakeholder Leadership: Direct small-to-medium reconciliation team, mentor staff, and liaise with internal clients and external auditors.

Required Qualifications & Skills

· Education: Chartered Accountant (CA) / MBA (Finance) / CS / CMA or Masters in Commerce.

· Experience: 6 to 8 years in fund accounting operations, specifically focused on Indian Mutual Fund or globally regulated fund structures.

· System Expertise: Advanced, hands-on operational experience with Multifonds core accounting and compliance/reporting modules.

· Regulatory Knowledge: Deep, up-to-date understanding of SEBI Mutual Fund Regulations, AMFI guidelines, and related valuation frameworks.

· Risk Management: Proven capability to enforce strict maker-checker controls to prevent NAV errors and compliance defaults under tight daily cutoff windows.

· Technical Accounting: Working knowledge of accruals, expense processing, amortization, income distribution, and multi-currency fund accounting rules. Hands-on proficiency on advanced MS Excel and macro tools.

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
