Job Description:

World of Mysore Pak is looking for energetic, customer-focused, and well-groomed candidates to join our retail counter sales team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, promote our products, and ensure a pleasant shopping experience for every customer.

Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome customers and assist them in selecting sweets, snacks, and gift packs.
- Explain product varieties, prices, and ongoing offers.
- Handle billing using the POS system and accept cash, card, and UPI payments.
- Pack products neatly and accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the sales counter.
- Refill displays and ensure products are attractively arranged.
- Monitor stock levels and inform the supervisor about replenishment needs.
- Resolve customer queries politely and professionally.




- Support the team during weekends, festivals, and peak business hours.

Eligibility:

- Minimum qualification: SSLC/PUC or above.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Basic knowledge of billing/POS is an added advantage.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
