We are seeking an experienced Mass Finding HOD with 4–5 years of relevant experience, to head the Electro Polish and Tumbling operations within the production unit. The role requires hands on technical expertise in electro polishing and tumbling processes, along with a proven ability to manage manpower, machine output and finish quality on the production floor. The candidate will be directly accountable for finish consistency, production volume, process efficiency of findings and mass components prior to rhodium plating.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
