Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day logistics and transportation operations.
- Coordinate with suppliers to resolve operational issues promptly through chat and email.
- Guide and support drivers regarding delivery-related issues and provide quick solutions.
- Coordinate with customers to resolve delivery concerns during the delivery process.
- Monitor shipment status and ensure timely pickups and deliveries.
- Update and maintain operational tracking sheets and reports on a daily basis.
- Coordinate with suppliers, drivers, customers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle delivery exceptions and customer escalations professionally.
- Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions.
- Ensure processes are followed to maintain service quality and efficiency.





Working Schedule & Benefits

- Work Location: Sector 67, Mohali
- Shift Timing: UK Shift – 12:30 PM to 10:30 PM (Summer timings)
- Working Days: 5 days a week
- Weekend Requirement: 2 weekends working per month as per business requirements.
- Weekly Offs: Rotational offs based on operational needs.
- Holidays: UK Bank Holidays only.
- Transportation: Cab facility is not provided.
