Qualifications

- B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Quantity Surveying certification is an added advantage.

Experience

- 3–8 years of experience in quantity surveying.
- Experience in residential apartment construction preferred.
- Sound knowledge of estimation, BOQ preparation, billing, and cost control.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare quantity take-offs, BOQs, and cost estimates from drawings.
- Verify contractor/subcontractor bills and prepare client/RA bills.
- Monitor project costs, budget variations, and material consumption.
- Track variations, extra items, and change orders.
- Review tender documents, evaluate quotations, and support procurement.
- Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and vendors.
- Prepare project cost reports, MIS, and maintain billing and contract documentation.




- Ensure measurements comply with contract terms and project specifications.

Required Skills

- Solid knowledge of quantity surveying, estimation, and cost control.
- Good understanding of residential construction practices.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and quantity estimation software.
- Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
- Ability to deliver accurate work within project deadlines.

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Based on experience)

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
