We are located in Narsapur Industrial Area (after Hoskote) and are looking for a responsible Accounts and Stores person.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Generation of Invoices and DCs for material movement
- Inward store – Receipt of all materials, preparation of GRN
- Outbound – Dispatch of FG to customers as per plan
- Coordination with Inward Inspection
- Storing of materials as per the allotted bin system
- Preparation of monthly RM requirements, tools and consumables
- Coordination with Vendors for on-time supplies
- Monthly stock checking and reporting
- Analysis of Stock discrepancies and actions to reduce them
- WIP monitoring at various stages of production
- Disposal of Scrap, waste on timely basis
- 5S in stores and loading /Unloading area
- WIP and Stock control of MWS
- Codification of current materials and storage space planning
- Coordination and Interaction with Customer’s buyers
- Material Pickup vehicle scheduling
- Responsible for all POs
Qualification and Eligibility:
- Any degree holder with 5 years of stores operations experience in manufacturing Industry
- Expert in Tally
- Working knowledge of Tally Stores management module
