Job Summary

The Accountant is responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring statutory compliance, and supporting the organization's financial reporting. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and adherence to accounting standards and internal controls.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain books of accounts, including journal entries, ledgers, and vouchers.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Perform daily cash, bank, and petty cash reconciliation.
- Prepare bank reconciliation statements and monitor bank transactions.
- Process vendor payments and maintain vendor accounts.
- Prepare GST, TDS, Professional Tax, and other statutory compliance documentation.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
- Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and management reports.
- Maintain fixed asset records and depreciation schedules.
- Verify bills, invoices, and supporting documents before payment processing.
- Coordinate with internal departments for financial documentation and reconciliations.
- Support internal and external audits by providing required records.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial information and ensure compliance with organizational policies.




- Perform any other finance-related duties assigned by the Finance Manager.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com) – Mandatory
- M.Com / CA (Inter) / CMA (Inter) – Preferred

Experience

- 2–5 years of experience in accounting.
- Experience in a hospital or healthcare organization will be preferred.
- Working knowledge of Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting software.

- Accuracy of bank and ledger reconciliations.
- Successful completion of internal and external audits with minimal observations.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
