The candidate must have an outstanding command on written and spoken English including listening and reading skills. Corporate Trainers also required for Business Ethics, Time Management & Business Communication
Trainers are required on a Full time / Part time / Freelancing across North India in the following domains
1. Any Graduate/Post Graduate/M.Phil./PhD with relevant experience
2. Preferably 1-6 Years of Teaching /Training Experience
3. Ability to retain the interest of learners in the class
4. Presentable, Self-motivated
5. Computer Literate
7. Ability to establish & maintain a valuable rapport with students
8. Ability to communicate effectively with students of all age groups and social backgrounds
9. Monitoring and Mentoring
10. Able to Employ Varied Teaching Strategies

Candidates from Verbal Aptitude/Quantitative Ability Training / Softskills /GRE/ GMAT/SAT background will be preferred
Job description
1. Responsible for delivery of training sessions as per the assigned schedule and within firm timelines and ensure smooth & regular running of batches.
2. Ownership for course completion and high standard of student engagement.
3. Develop course content and compile additional sample/ practice questions and recommend books and materials with an eye on the changing trend in exams.
4. Required to revise curriculum appropriately, create teaching assignments on courses and support development of the content, as necessary.
5. Make appropriate use of training aids to enhance student experience and learning outcomes.
6. Ensure regular batch reviews and student assessments, report student progress and take steps to provide additional focus to support, as necessary and seek Master Trainer’s inputs.
7. Support collection of scorecards and testimonials from students by keeping in regular touch with them.
8. Act on feedback provided by the Master Trainer.
