JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Manpower Planning

2. Handling Daily Production Activity

3. Solid understanding of fabrication processes/Layout, machinery, and materials.

4. Supervise and coordinate the activities of the fabrication team

5. Ensure production schedules and deadlines are met.

6. Coordinate with other departments to optimize workflow

7. Monitor & Adjust Production Process for Quality & Productivity

8. Lead a team of fabricators, assign tasks, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion.

9. Coordinate with third-party vendors, manage vendor relationships, and negotiate agreements.

QUALIFICATIONS
Diploma in mechanical engineering/BE in Mechanical Engineering

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
