Reports to: Factory Manager

Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Factory Office Executive to oversee record-keeping, report generation ang general administrative tasks at our facility.

The role will require you to understand the manufacturing process undertaken at the factory.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle all day-to-day office administration within the factory.
- Generate weekly, monthly and order-wise reports to assist the Factory Manager and Management in accurately tracking the production activities in the Factory
- Assist during customer audits and factory inspections.
- Prepare and organize files, reports, and official correspondence.
- Maintain purchase records and supplier documentation.
- Create technical specification sheets on Word, Excel etc.

General Responsibilities





- Maintain confidentiality of company information.
- Ensure proper housekeeping of office records.
- Support management with any other administrative tasks assigned from time to time.

The ideal candidate will have:

- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent)
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel is required; Experience with ERP systems is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong record-keeping skills
