We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS & Operations Executive to manage data, prepare and analyze MIS reports, and support day-to-day operational activities. The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in Advanced Excel and data management tools, with the ability to collect, validate, analyze, and present data for informed decision-making. Responsibilities include preparing daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports, maintaining accurate databases, creating dashboards, generating business insights, monitoring operational KPIs, ensuring data accuracy, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to streamline operations. Candidates should possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Power Query, dashboards, and advanced formulas), familiarity with advanced data management and reporting tools, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
