Job Title: Plant Supervisor (Iron & Steel Plant)

Location: Siltara, Raipur, ChhattisgarhIndustry: Iron & Steel Manufacturing

Salary

- ₹20,000 per month

Working Hours

- 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM

Job Responsibilities

- Supervise daily production activities on the shop floor.
- Ensure production targets are achieved as per the schedule.
- Monitor workers’ attendance, discipline, and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with safety rules and company policies.
- Coordinate with the Production, Maintenance, and Quality departments.
- Report machine breakdowns and coordinate for timely repairs.
- Maintain production records and prepare daily reports.
- Monitor material movement and minimize production losses.
- Ensure housekeeping and cleanliness in the work area.




- Train and guide workers to improve efficiency and maintain quality standards.

Requirements

- Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Supervisor in an Iron & Steel Manufacturing Plant.
- Good knowledge of production processes and manpower handling.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel and reporting).
- Robust leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
