Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Civil Engineer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and expertise in civil engineering principles and practices, with a focus on construction projects. The Senior Civil Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and managing various aspects of construction projects, ensuring that they are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Responsibilities:

- Plan, design, and oversee construction projects from conception to completion.
- Conduct site investigations and surveys, and analyze data to determine project feasibility.
- Prepare detailed engineering plans, specifications, and estimates for construction projects.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
- Monitor construction progress and quality,



and address any issues or concerns that arise during the construction process.
- Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and construction teams.
- Review and approve project designs, drawings, and documents.
- Participate in project meetings, presentations, and reviews with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 to 15 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on construction projects.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other relevant engineering software.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques.
- Excellent project management and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced workplace and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with sustainable design and construction practices.
- Familiarity with Building rise building experience
- Previous experience working on commercial, residential, infrastructure, etc.
