Be a key part of our dynamic team and contribute to delivering high-quality EMS/PCB assembly solutions to our global customers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Coordinate and manage projects from enquiry to delivery in EMS/PCB assembly.
- Prepare and track project timelines, milestones and deliverables.
- Act as the single point of contact between internal teams and customers.
- Ensure feasibility review, documentation and smooth execution of projects.
- Monitor project progress, risks and issues; drive timely resolution.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Production, Quality, Procurement and Logistics teams.
- Ensure compliance with customer requirements and company processes.
- Support in cost estimation, resource allocation and capacity planning.
- Maintain project records, reports and MIS.

REQUIREMENTS

- Diploma / B.Tech in Electronics / ECE.
- Experience: 2–5 years in Project Coordination / ISA role in EMS / PCB Assembly industry.
- Valuable understanding of PCB assembly processes (SMT, THT, Testing,



AOI, etc.).
- Strong organizational, communication and coordination skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

- Experience in handling customer projects for exports/domestic markets.
- Knowledge of ERP / MIS tools is an added advantage.
