We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Captain to supervise the service team and ensure exceptional guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate should be capable of leading waitstaff, coordinating daily operations, and maintaining service quality.

Responsibilities

- Supervise and guide waiters during service.
- Ensure smooth restaurant floor operations.
- Welcome and assist guests professionally.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve service issues.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and cashier for efficient service.
- Train and mentor service staff.
- Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and table setup.
- Ensure adherence to restaurant service standards.
- Assist in daily opening and closing activities.

Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience as a Captain or Senior Waiter.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage a team during busy hours.
- Good customer handling skills.
- Knowledge of restaurant service procedures.
- Fluency in Tamil; English is an added advantage.
