Job Description – Polymer Engineer (Quality Management)

We are hiring a Polymer Engineer with minimum 3 years of experience in Quality Management and Quality Control of PP/HP polymer products.

Qualification

- Bachelor’s Degree in Polymer Engineering / Polymer Technology / Plastics Engineering

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct quality checks and testing of PP/HP products and raw materials
- Monitor production quality and ensure compliance with standards
- Handle in-process and final inspections
- Identify defects and implement corrective actions
- Maintain quality reports and documentation
- Coordinate with production and operations teams for quality improvement
- Ensure compliance with ISO and quality management systems

Required Skills





- Strong knowledge of PP/HP materials and polymer testing methods
- Experience in quality assurance within polymer/plastics manufacturing
- Understanding of QC tools, inspection processes, and testing equipment
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills

Experience

- Minimum 3 years in polymer/plastics quality management
