Additionally, the advisor develops and implements innovative technology assets tailored to specific industries or functions, ensuring that solutions are both market-leading and strategically sound. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead strategic discussions to align technology initiatives with business goals.
- Mentor junior team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration of platform solutions.
Qualified & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce CPQ.
- Strong understanding of enterprise platform architectures and transformation methodologies.
- Experience in advising on technology cost optimization and value realization strategies.
- Ability to develop and implement industry- or function-specific technology assets.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to facilitate collaboration across teams.
- Capability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective technology solutions.
