Key ResponsibilitiesFinal Product Inspection

- Perform final inspection of finished components before dispatch.
- Verify dimensions using measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Bore Gauge, Dial Indicator, Thread Gauges, and Plug Gauges.
- Conduct visual inspection for surface defects, finish, weld quality (where applicable), and workmanship.
- Ensure products conform to customer drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

Documentation & Reporting

- Prepare and maintain final inspection reports.
- Record inspection results and maintain quality records.
- Raise Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) for rejected products.
- Ensure traceability of inspected products.

Quality Compliance

- Ensure compliance with customer requirements, ISO 9001,



IATF 16949 (if applicable), and internal quality procedures.
- Verify product identification, labeling, and packing before dispatch.
- Participate in internal audits and quality improvement initiatives.

Coordination

- Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Dispatch teams to resolve quality issues.
- Support root cause analysis and implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
