We are looking for an active and dedicated Junior Site Engineer to join our construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations, ensuring that work is carried out according to the approved drawings, and maintaining high-quality standards. Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily construction activities and manage on-site labor to ensure project timelines are met.
- Read and execute work according to architectural and structural drawings.
- Monitor the quality of materials being used and the workmanship on site.
- Prepare daily progress reports, site logs, and material requirements.
- Coordinate effectively with contractors, senior engineers, and management.
- Ensure basic safety regulations and site protocols are strictly followed.

Education & Experience :

- Education: Diploma or B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Experience:



Minimum 1+ year of proven, hands-on experience in site execution and construction.

Mandatory Requirements:

- Language Skills: Must possess basic communication skills in both English and Hindi.
- Mobility: A valid 2-wheeler driving license is strictly mandatory for daily site commuting and material coordinatio, a plus if you have 4-wheeler license.

Key Skills:

- Strong basic knowledge of civil construction processes and materials.
- Good site management and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and coordinate with site workers.
