Position: CNC Setter
Qualification: ITI / Diploma – Mechanical
Experience: 2 to 5 Years in CNC Machine Setting in automotive manufacturing industry
Job Responsibilities:
- Set and operate CNC machines as per production requirements
- Perform tool changing, offset correction, and machine setting
- Read and understand engineering drawings and process sheets
- Ensure component quality through basic inspection instruments
- Monitor machine performance and reduce rejection/rework
Must-Have Skills:
- CNC setting knowledge
- Basic troubleshooting skills
- Experience in automotive manufacturing preferred
- Must have knowledge in G Codes and M Codes
- Tool maintenance experience
