Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Procurement Executive with strong technical and

commercial expertise in procurement of Substation materials up to 132kV, transmission line

materials, HT equipment, transformers, HT panels, and associated civil works for HT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle procurement of Substation materials up to 132kV including switchyard equipment, bus

systems, isolators, breakers, CTs, PTs, lightning arresters, and accessories.

- Source and procure Transmission Line materials such as conductors, insulators, hardware fittings,

earth wire, clamps, connectors, AB switches, and related accessories.

- Manage procurement of HT materials including VCB panels, RMUs, breakers, cable terminations,

cable joints, control panels, protection panels, metering panels, and cable accessories.

- Procure Power Transformers, Distribution Transformers, and transformer accessories.

- Handle procurement of civil works materials related to HT infrastructure including transformer

foundations, equipment pedestals, cable trenches,



switchyard foundations, control room civil works,

retaining walls, fencing works, earthing pits, structural steel, and grouting materials.

- Review BOQs, SLDs, GTPs, GA drawings, civil drawings, and technical specifications before

placing orders.

- Prepare RFQs and perform techno-commercial evaluations for electrical and civil packages.

- Finalize vendors based on technical compliance, quality, and commercial competitiveness.

- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.

- Maintain procurement documents, track dispatches, and coordinate supplier payments.

Required Skills:

- Strong technical knowledge in Substation equipment up to 132kV, HT systems, transformers,

transmission line materials, and civil works.

- Valuable understanding of SLD, BOQ, GTP, GA drawings, and civil construction drawings.

- Knowledge of IS/IEC standards and utility requirements.

- Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.

- Proficiency in ERP systems, procurement documentation, and MS Office.

Pay: Up to ₹700,000.00 per year
