We’re looking for an experienced Head – Supply Chain Management (SCM) to lead end-to-end supply chain operations, strategic sourcing, procurement, inventory management, logistics, and vendor development while driving cost optimization and business efficiency.

Location: Chennai (Corporate Office – Broadway) & Pondicherry (Manufacturing Plant)

Industry: Engineering / Steel Manufacturing

Experience: 20+ Years

Qualification: B.E. (Engineering)

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end supply chain operations

Drive strategic sourcing & vendor management

Optimize inventory and working capital

Collaborate across Production, Finance, Projects & Sales

Lead and mentor high-performing SCM teams

We’re looking for professionals with:

* 20+ years of experience in Engineering, Steel, or Manufacturing industries

* Solid expertise in procurement, planning, logistics, inventory management & supplier development

* Experience in strategic sourcing, ERP systems, and cost optimization

* Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

Pay: Up to ₹3,200,000.00 per year
