A Noida based NGO requires a creative, enthusiastic, self motivated go- getter individual to design, develop and execute fundraising campaigns and events aimed at increasing visibility/ fundraising at various levels ( individuals/ groups/ corporates) both online as well as offline.

Prior experience in non profit sector is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute a comprehensive fundraising strategy aligned with the organization’s goals.
- Identify and build relationships with institutional donors, CSR partners, foundations, and HNIs.
- Organize fundraising campaigns and donor engagement events (online and offline).
- Track donor contributions and ensure timely reporting and compliance.
- Maintain and grow donor database, ensuring donor retention and recurring giving.
- Represent the organization at relevant forums, events, and partnership meetings.

Qualifications and Experience

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work, Development Studies,



Business, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in fundraising, donor management, or institutional partnerships.
- Proven track record of securing funds from CSR, foundations, or international donors.
- Strong understanding of CSR regulations, donor compliance, and fundraising trends.
- Ability to work independently and lead fundraising initiatives proactively.

Preferred Skills

- Network within the development sector or corporate CSR circles.
- Experience with CRM tools or fundraising platforms.

Compensation

Commensurate with experience and industry standards. Open to negotiation for exceptional candidates.
