Role Summary:

Assist machine operators in running machinery efficiently, safely, and with minimal downtime.

Key Responsibilities:

- Help set up machines before production starts
- Load and unload raw materials or finished goods
- Monitor machines during operation for issues or defects
- Assist in basic maintenance and cleaning of equipment
- Follow safety procedures and company guidelines
- Report any malfunctions or irregularities to the operator or supervisor
- Keep the work area clean and organized
- Support packing and labeling of finished products

Skills & Requirements:

- Basic understanding of machines (training usually provided)
- Ability to follow instructions and safety rules
- Physical stamina (standing, lifting, moving materials)
- Attention to detail
- Teamwork and communication skills

Qualification:

- Minimum: 10th or 12th pass (varies by company)
- Bachelor's degree (any)
- ITI or technical training is a plus (not always required)
