Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Cluster Manager to oversee the performance and operations of multiple retail stores. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in the retail industry, experience working closely with distributors, and a solid understanding of the beauty and skincare market.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with distributors to ensure timely product availability, stock replenishment, and smooth supply chain operations.
- Monitor store performance through regular reviews and implement strategies to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
- Identify opportunities for local marketing initiatives and promotional activities to enhance store performance.
- Ensure consistent implementation of brand standards, visual merchandising, and customer service across all stores.
- Recruit,



train and manage the overall performance of retail teams of multiple retail stores to build a high-performing workforce.
- Build strong relationships with distributors, channel partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor inventory levels and minimize stock shortages, excess inventory, and product wastage.
- Drive sales growth and achieve revenue, profitability, and business targets across all stores.
- Conduct regular store visits to assess operations, compliance, merchandising, and team performance.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, statutory regulations, and audit requirements.
- Handle customer escalations effectively while maintaining a superior customer experience.

Required Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field,
- Hands-on experience working with distributors and channel partners.
- Strong knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, merchandising, and sales planning.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop large retail teams.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation abilities.
- Willingness to travel extensively across assigned store locations
