A reputed Cardiac Care Hospital in Vadodara is looking for an experienced IPD Billing Executive to join its team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in hospital IPD billing, possess excellent communication skills, and be proficient in English.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and process IPD patient bills accurately.
- Handle billing for admissions, procedures, investigations, pharmacy, and other hospital services.
- Coordinate with patients, consultants, nursing staff, and insurance/TPA teams for billing-related matters.
- Verify patient records and billing details before final bill generation.
- Process cash, card, and insurance settlements as per hospital policies.
- Resolve billing queries and discrepancies promptly.
- Maintain accurate billing records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with hospital billing procedures and statutory requirements.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Hospital IPD Billing.
- Experience in a multi-speciality or cardiac hospital will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of spoken and written English is mandatory.
- Proficient in MS Office and Hospital Information Systems (HIS).
