Responsibilities and Duties

Desired Profile

- Plans, prepares, issues, and controls production schedules and material required to meet production.
- Communication about production plans with sales, dispatch & plant teams.
- Follow up with the production team to check the status of the work.
- Optimizing changeover, lead time hereby improving efficiency.
- Constantly monitor inventory, production stock, level & control.
- Develops and maintains reports relating to process, product, and operations on-time performance
- Perform a physical count of Raw material, work in progress, and finished goods and solve inventory variances.
- Constantly check for Raw Material level in order to avoid stock out.
- Monitoring equipment and ensuring that they are in good working order
- Plan, organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day operations
- Develop and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Participate in various activities related to safety, quality, productivity, innovation, information and data security,



supply management, marketing, people management, HR, and other delivery
- Be responsible for production output, product quality, and on-time shipping
- Prepare budgets using various forecasting models
- Implement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a explicit sense of direction and focus
- Build and maintain a trusting relationship with employees
- Communicate with employees about performance expectations
- Ensure smooth daily operations
- Adhere to company’s rules and regulations
- Stay up to date with the latest production trends, best practices, and technology

Required Experience and Qualification

- Experience of managing Production in manufacturing company/steel/Industrial parts
- Exposure of handling multi-location, multi-product production lines
- Proficiency in Excel is a must
- Strong communication, ability to handle stress
- Manpower management, manpower planning
