We are looking for a skilled Motherboard Repair Technician / Component Level Repair Engineer with experience in diagnosing and repairing laptop, desktop, and electronic motherboards at the component level. The candidate should have robust knowledge of electronics, PCB troubleshooting, soldering, BIOS programming, and electronic testing tools.

Key Responsibilities

- Diagnose and repair faulty laptop, desktop, and electronic motherboards.
- Perform component-level troubleshooting and repair of PCBs.
- Identify and replace faulty ICs, capacitors, resistors, MOSFETs, diodes, connectors, ports, and other electronic components.
- Diagnose voltage issues, short circuits, and power-related faults.
- Read and understand schematics, circuit diagrams, board views, and datasheets.
- Perform BIOS programming, flashing, and re-programming.
- Use Multimeter, CRO/Oscilloscope, Power Supply, and other electronic testing equipment.
- Perform SMT and Through-Hole soldering and de-soldering.
- Test repaired boards to ensure proper functionality.
- Follow ESD safety standards and 6S workplace practices.
- Maintain repair records and support troubleshooting documentation.




- Senior candidates should be able to guide and train junior technicians.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of electronics and PCB repair.
- Component-level motherboard troubleshooting.
- SMT & Through-Hole soldering.
- Multimeter and Oscilloscope (CRO) operation.
- Circuit diagram, schematic, and board view reading.
- BIOS flashing and programming.
- Identification of electronic components and packages.
- Knowledge of passive and active electronic components.
- Ability to diagnose voltage rails, short circuits, and signal issues.
- Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Preferred Qualification

- Diploma / ITI / B.E. / B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, E&TC;, Instrumentation, or related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in motherboard or PCB repair.
