Job Title: Manager

Location: SUSRUTHA PANCHAKARMA HOSPITAL, Kowdiar

Job Summary:
Susrutha is seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager to oversee daily operations, lead the team, and ensure excellent customer service while achieving business targets. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to drive team performance and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the branch/center.
- Lead, motivate, and supervise telecallers, front office, and support staff.
- Monitor lead generation, follow-ups, and conversion performance.
- Ensure achievement of monthly revenue and business targets.
- Train and mentor team members to improve productivity and service quality.
- Handle customer concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Coordinate with marketing and management teams to improve lead conversion and operational efficiency.




- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- 1 years of experience in operations, sales, or branch management (healthcare experience is preferred).
- Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to achieve business targets and manage multiple responsibilities.
