Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Intern to support our Operations team. The intern will gain practical exposure to operational processes, documentation, reporting, and coordination with internal teams while contributing to the smooth execution of daily business activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the Operations team in managing day-to-day operational activities.




- Maintain and update operational records, databases, and reports.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely task completion.
- Support document verification and data management activities.
- Prepare reports using MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Monitor task progress and follow up with stakeholders for timely completion.
- Help identify process improvement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of company data.
- Perform other operational and administrative tasks assigned by the reporting manager.
