About the Role

YadaSutra Ayurveda is looking for a qualified and passionate Ayurveda Doctor – Cosmetology & Trichology to join our Kakkanad branch. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Ayurvedic diagnosis and treatment of skin and hair disorders, combining authentic Ayurvedic principles with patient-focused care. The doctor will be responsible for consultations, treatment planning, clinical supervision, and ensuring excellent patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct comprehensive patient consultations, clinical assessments, and case history documentation.
- Diagnose skin and hair conditions using Ayurvedic principles and recommend appropriate treatment plans.
- Prescribe personalized Ayurvedic medicines, therapies, diet plans, and lifestyle modifications.
- Supervise therapists and ensure proper execution of treatment protocols.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans based on clinical response.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure timely documentation.
- Educate patients on preventive healthcare, nutrition, and Ayurvedic wellness practices for healthy skin and hair.
- Coordinate with therapists and clinic staff to ensure seamless patient care.
- Ensure compliance with clinical standards, hygiene protocols, and healthcare regulations.
- Contribute to patient satisfaction and overall clinical excellence.
- Participate in clinical discussions, awareness programs, and health camps as required.





Qualifications

- Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS).
- Valid State Medical Council Registration.
- Additional certification or specialized training in Cosmetology and Trichology is preferred.

Experience

- Minimum 2–5 years of clinical experience in Ayurvedic Cosmetology and Trichology.
- Experience in treating skin disorders, hair fall, scalp conditions, pigmentation, acne, anti-aging, and related concerns.
- Experience working in Ayurvedic clinics, wellness centres, or hospitals is preferred.

- Strong clinical diagnostic and treatment planning skills.
- Sound knowledge of classical and modern Ayurvedic cosmetology and trichology treatments.
- Excellent patient counselling and communication skills.
- Ability to build patient trust and maintain long-term relationships.
- Strong documentation and record-keeping abilities.
- Leadership skills to guide therapists and clinical support staff.
- Professional, empathetic, and patient-centric approach.
- Good organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Competencies

- Knowledge of Panchakarma therapies related to skin and hair care.
- Familiarity with clinic management software and electronic medical records (EMR).
- Ability to educate patients through consultations, workshops, or awareness sessions.
